Shipping policy

At The Stuart Collective, we take special care when preparing your items for their journey to you. 

Payment: All invoices must be paid in full before an item will be packaged and shipped. 

Processing & Shipping: Orders will be shipped within 14 days of payment. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. 

Packaging: In an effort to reduce waste, we proudly reuse and recycle clean, appropriate shipping materials whenever possible. Your package may not arrive in a brand-new box, but it will always be carefully packaged with its safe arrival in mind!

Shipping & Damage: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, contact The Stuart Collective within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be required to submit a shipping claim.
