Shipping policy

At The Stuart Collective, we take special care when preparing your items for their journey to you. 

Payment: Your initial checkout payment covers the purchase price of your item(s). Shipping is calculated separately after your order is received and carefully packaged. Once your order is packed, you will receive a second invoice for the actual shipping cost. This shipping invoice must be paid in full before your order is shipped.

Processing & Shipping: Orders will be carefully packaged and shipping costs calculated after purchase. Once the separate shipping invoice has been paid, your order will ship within 14 days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Packaging: In an effort to reduce waste, we proudly reuse and recycle clean, appropriate shipping materials whenever possible. Your package may not arrive in a brand-new box, but it will always be carefully packaged with its safe arrival in mind!

Shipping & Damage: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is damaged during transit, contact The Stuart Collective within 3 days of delivery. Photos of the item and packaging may be required to submit a shipping claim.
