An elegant vintage silverplate oval serving bowl with a beautifully fluted interior, scalloped center and richly detailed raised floral and scrolling foliage rim. Its substantial weight and classic Rococo Revival-inspired design make it a lovely accent for a traditional or grandmillennial home, whether displayed on a stand, styled on a sideboard or used as a decorative centerpiece.

Possibly attributable to Friedman Silver Company, although the maker and exact date have not been definitively confirmed. Likely early-to-mid 20th century silverplate; sterling silver content has not been verified.
